The motorized trust (MAC) is an electronic form of confidence signed by a qualified electronic signature of the head of the organization or individual entrepreneur, which is being created and delivered in the XML format file.

I mean, MSD is the same trust, but in a special electronic format that can read the computer. It uses special codes and symbols that allow the programme to verify promptly and accurately the information on the trust, who issued it and what authority it provides.

Why do you need a machine-readed trust?

An entrepreneur often has to hand over powers to other people. For example, accountants to file reports or lawyers to represent the company.

MSD:

Simplifies the processes: the verification of trust passes faster and easier for all participants
Improves security and reduces risks: a special format from forgery and reduces the risk of illegal empowerment
Accelerates interaction with counterparts and authorities: no paper document is required to be submitted to tax authorities, and the IP is not required to certify trust in the notary

From 1 September 2024, members of the law enforcement agencies and the PPI, when sending electronic documents under the signature of the authorized representative, are required to use only the MSD and the personally qualified signature of the physical. Qualified certificates previously issued at commercial certifying centres have ceased to exist.

An electronic signature by the company director (IP) and the sub-signee is needed to start work with the MED. All electronic signatures can be obtained through special services at ICP.

The organization ' s director or IP will then issue the MSD with its electronic signature. A special service, " Electronic Confidence Building and Verification " , helps to establish several types of machine-readable trust. The credentials, the trustee, the representative and his credentials will need to be completed in stages. The service will indicate the type of information that is needed and monitor their correctness.

There are currently several types of MCD. 003 - Single form for counterparts and government, 002 - basic form, applies when the transition to version 003 has not yet been implemented. Version 5.02 is intended for interaction with the FNS and has been in operation since 01.03.2024.

The MAC contains:

Validation date and duration
Information on the trustee (for the law enforcement - name, NIS, CAT, FRON, FE and SNILS of the head of the company, for IP - FO, INN, SNILS, OGRNIP)
Representative ' s data (FIO, birth date, passport data, SNILS, INN)
Powers of the representative
Information on the information system that can be accessed, revoked or terminated

Despite the introduction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, businessmen who do not use electronic documents in connection with government agencies or counterparts continue to work with paperwork.
