At present, the support of PSS participants is available in all areas of civil life. Business is no exception. The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and my business centres provide various support to the veterans and their families in the opening and development of their case. Veterans wishing to start their business may contact the regional centres of My Business. Except for a standard set of tools, they have special programmes.

" There is now a whole range of instruments to integrate PSBs into economic processes in civil life. There are benefits for companies that work on special operations veterans. The social contract programme has been extended to the PSB participants. The infrastructure of my business companies also launch programmes that help veterans start their way into business, explained by Tatiana Ilushnikov, Deputy Minister for Economic Development of Russia.

In Kyrov province, the first reading of the law on assistance to veterans of a special military operation in opening their own business was approved. In Russia, this is the first such initiative. To this end, it is proposed that a preferential minimum RAM rate be introduced in the region for two years from the date of registration of the IP: 1 per cent in the case of taxable income, 5 per cent in the case of taxable income reduced by expenditure.

" The Kirov Centre of My Business has already been approached on several occasions by the PTS participants who have completed their military service. They have plans to develop unmanned systems and rehabilitative programmes for fighters. They're planning to build their social business. In order to become a social entrepreneur, there is a need for many knowledge that my business centre has offered to start-up entrepreneurs. We'll escort the boys to every stage of their journey, and we've told Vladimir Scobelkin, the director of my business.

In Peri, a training programme for special military operations and their families is being conducted at the centre of my business. It consists of four modules: psychological work and objectives, entrepreneurial foundations, self-realization in social entrepreneurship and the non-profit sector, development of an individual road map for the creation and development of its business.

" In the Permier, the emergence of such an educational programme has been a logical extension of support throughout the country to the special military operation and their families. As a result of the dominance in Prikamje, 10 projects have received concessional funding totalling 12 million roubles, supported by 1 per cent microfinance. We are now beginning to develop projects and ideas that help start-up entrepreneurs from the start to the start of the project. It is now important, in addition to providing financial instruments, to teach newcomers how to open and coin business properly. To that end, we are introducing a course of education. SBS participants from the Sarajevo region can be supported to develop their entrepreneurial initiatives through the new " My Business for SBS " programme. It includes training from entrepreneurs in the region, lectures from the Centre for Financial Security, meetings and forums.

The head of the " My Business " of the Saratov Region, Catherine Demyanuk, noted that the idea of developing the programme had come from the PTS and their families themselves.

" We are all grateful and willing to stand before our heroes and we believe that their initiatives should be supported. Our task is to maximize the development of entrepreneurial competencies, thereby contributing to the creation of our own business.” She added.

There is also other support for the SSB: the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and the My Business Centres are continuously engaged in a charitable action #Moibusinesses.

" Small and medium-sized businesses are aware of their social responsibilities and are actively involved in charities, including in #Moybisss. For example, in the Republic of Buryatia, the Business Star, " In addition to winning " , collected 1 million roubles to support troops in the PSB area. In the Republic of Hakasia, entrepreneurs helped to raise children from special operations. Recently, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and the My Business Centres also launched a charitable action for border regions with Ukraine. Last year, one of the tasks of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia to channel support to the PTS participants was to increase access to the social contract programme.

According to the Deputy Minister, today ' s social contract is an effective tool for entrepreneurship. According to the Ministry of Labour, over 130,000 social contracts were concluded in 2024, of which 40 per cent were for the opening or development of their business.

" The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia has proposed that access to the social contract programme be balanced between mobilized and volunteers. Prior to this, the income mobilized was not taken into account in the calculation of the average bottom income in the social contract, and the income of the volunteers was taken into account, so the volunteers and their families could not claim support. Our proposal was endorsed by the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, and noted Tatiana Ilumshnikov.
