The cultural heritage of Dom Smolina on Revolutionary Street, 9/4 where the regional Ministry of Culture was formerly located, has been traded. The starting price is 53.3 million roubles. Applications for auction shall be made before 22 January.

The buyer will receive a building in the centre of Yaroslav, covering a total area of 518 square metres and a land area of 320 square metres.

♪ The sale of this building is part of a large, systemic work with cultural heritage sites located in the historical centre of Yaroslava. The authorities move to other premises, and the freed monuments are being sold, the Governor of the Yaroslav region, Mikhail Evreev. - Our task is not simply to transfer the buildings to investors, but also to ensure that their historical profile is preserved and that they are returned to active urban life. This is an important step towards a modern and sustainable relationship to our architectural heritage. This practice will continue to be extended to other districts.
