♪ Creating glamping is one of the promising areas for our region. In two years, we had 13 projects, more than 300 rooms were created, and the Governor of the Yaroslava Region, Michael Evreev, told us. - We're waiting for new applications from investors who are sure to appreciate the benefits of the grant. Payment compensates for the costs of quick-construction facilities, and the use and profitability of those facilities can be year round.

The grant is not more than 50 per cent of the investment project cost, the maximum compensation for the cost of one number is not more than 1.5 million roubles. The total cost of the project and the number of numbers are not limited.

The main requirements for the application are as follows:

• - The name of the investment project and the location of the land area at which it is planned, as well as documents confirming the rights of the land in question or the right to modular non-capital housing;
• - The category and type of permitted use of a land area should allow for the possibility of a carbon footing;
• - The modules shall be manufactured and equipped for round-the-circuit comfort and safe stay of tourists, equipped with an individual toilet, a washinger, a shower and a total area of at least 15 square metres, with the exception of the sanusla area;
• - describe the project.

Given the need for a preliminary analysis of investment projects to meet the eligibility requirements, a package of documents for inclusion in the consolidated list of projects should be submitted to the Regional Ministry of Tourism by 27 March 2025.
