The production of the Jaroslava Shipbuilding Plant (JA) has increased by 18 per cent.

As part of the national project " Labour productivity " , the enterprise has received specialists who are now experts in the field of shore production. They now train other staff and give them their experience. Experts from the Regional Competence Centre, together with business workers, have introduced shore production tools that are now successfully replicated for company development.

♪ Thanks to the Nazi project, we have achieved good results, and the Director of Staff, Zuzin Mihail Borisovich, told us. - For example, labour productivity in the prefabricated area increased by 18 per cent. But most importantly, we have begun to change the minds of the collective, staff at all levels are aimed at efficiency and servitude.

Seventy-six enterprises have become participants in the " Productive Work " project, and 2,605 employees have been trained in shore production. The State offers the opportunity to benefit from various support measures: concessional financing, employment promotion, investment project sites, technology parks and industrial parks, and many others.
