Business purchased 171 sites of the Russian investment map
Entrepreneurs purchased 71 investment sites for 1.68 billion roubles and leased 100 plots with a monthly payment of 14 million roubles. These funds have complemented regional and local budgets. In the third quarter of 2024, the Deputy Minister for Economic Development of Russia, Murat Kerefov, presented the results of the Russian investment map.
" The investment map of Russia now has 14,700 investment sites. The map allows for the identification and acquisition of premises or land in any part of the country. For example, entrepreneurs purchased 71 investment sites for 1.68 billion roubles, rented 100 plots with a monthly payment of 14 million roubles, reported by Murat Kerefov.
The leaders of the purchase and lease of investment sites were Moscow, Crimea, Orlovsk, Below City and Udmurth Republic. In addition, since mid-year, private individuals and entities have had the opportunity to place their leases or purchases on the Russian investment map.
The Russian Investment Map has been developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia in cooperation with the Government of Moscow. It enables an assessment of the business environment of the future project: marketing markets, preferential regimes, availability of minerals and infrastructure, from road to cellular connections, searching for sites in different regions and comparing their capabilities. The map could look at the key macroeconomic indicators of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation that could influence the project. This enables cost estimates and public support measures.
Previously, the Ministry of Development has developed a portal for investment support measures. In total, the 30 websites are credit aid, preferential treatment, tax and tariff benefits.
In addition, in mid-September, the Ministry of Economic Development, together with the Ministry of Digital Affairs, launched the possibility of bringing business to the regions through the Gossuz Service. The function is already operational in 30 constituent entities of the Russian Federation and will reach the country by April of next year. The system will allow business to deal more quickly with issues and identify systemic problems to adjust legislation.
