The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and Avito have expanded the programme to support small and medium-sized entrepreneurs in a more business-friendly environment. The exclusive programme is being implemented through my business centres, the operator is the National Enterprise Development Agency, My Business, My Opportunities.

" Today, 98 per cent of entrepreneurs have channels to advance online. The trend towards the growth of online business will evolve with each year. For the third year, the Ministry of Economic Development has been implementing online support programmes for SMEs and improving tools based on changing business demands. For example, in the past year alone, more than 4,000 entrepreneurs and self-employed had saved more than 4 million roubles to advance their business. This year, on the basis of feedback, we have improved the programme ' s terms -- now business can triple the bonuses to promote goods or services on the platform " , noted by the Deputy Minister for Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Tatiana Ilyushnikov.

" Together with our partners in the Mineconom Development, we have expanded and extended the business support programme. The proposal is unique, and it gives business the most advantageous conditions for starting system work on our site. The new wave is running until the end of the year and will take the most active part of the business season. Integrating progress is becoming increasingly relevant for entrepreneurs, and online platforms such as Avito are the basic channel for Internet promotion. This is particularly important with the growing importance of editing in the development of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship, noted by the Managing Director of Avito Vlad Fedulov.

Applications for the new phase of the programme will continue until the end of December 2024. The programme applies to self-employed, individual entrepreneurs and service providers, as well as to vendors who make proposals in commodity categories.

Entrepreneurs with confirmed data registered in Avito may use support. Advances are available to both new users of the platform and those who have not used promotion services for six months.

After applying for 30 days, it is necessary to spend 3,000 roubles on any promotional services to obtain 9,000 bonuses. In addition, businessmen in the areas of goods and services that had not previously been used by Avito would receive 1,000 greeting bonuses. A web-based training tool will also be available for entrepreneurs, with detailed information on the modalities and phases of the programme. Business will receive instructions on the establishment and navigation of a private office and will learn about successful cases of programme participants.
