In several regions, according to the CEO of the SME Corporation, tourism companies have a significant share of small and medium-sized enterprise. In the Republic of Altai, for example, every 14th SME representative carries out activities in tourism, and in the 24th Camchatka.

Today, the average age of a small and medium-sized business in tourism is 8.4 years. This, according to Alexander Isaevich, is higher than in general for the SME sector, where a similar figure is 7.2 years.

" SME tourism performances demonstrate with the increased contribution of dominance. Last year, it rose by 68 per cent to 52 billion roubles. We see that SMEs are increasingly seeking borrowing, business is ready to invest, hotel infrastructure development. In the first three months of the year, SMEs received 13.4 billion roubles, 11 per cent growth, from Alexander Isaevich.

He added that the number of loans granted had increased significantly, by 42 per cent, and more than 1,000 entrepreneurs had received them.
