On 7 and 8 September 2024, the eighth trade union festival of employees of the AO " RA " , was held at the Vizovsky Bor health centre.

Trade Union Festival - Public Celebratory Action, competitive events to identify the winner. The concept of the festival is being implemented in a thematic focus with a mandatory competitive dimension. The event devoted a family year to Russia. From here on, the symbolic name is: " I, you, he, she, she's a rust of the family. " The team's inauguration and greetings fully reflected the theme of the festival.

The aim of the festival is to develop and maintain traditions, corporate culture, promote healthy lifestyles, create active positions of the organization ' s trade union organizations, and expand and strengthen communication links between workers and labour groups of structural units.
On the first day of the festival, employees of the RAZ ran marches, passed a tourist staphate, oriented and contested games such as croquet, Cornhall, Finnish towns, intelligent competition. The second day was at least saturated. The crews played street basketball, the city, classic, Badminton.
At the solemn closing of the festival, the winners were identified.
