My business centres operate on a single-window basis: entrepreneurs and self-employed can receive advice, education, material, engineering and financial support in one location. Such a format allows for a synergistic effect: an entrepreneur uses one service, learns about additional tools, uses them to help him accelerate the quality of his business.

According to the Deputy Minister, apart from the unified support package, each region is developing and implementing its business promotion programmes. Best practices are selected and replicated.

" The unique regional support programmes are tailored to the Territory ' s economy with a growth focus. For example, in the Astrakhan region, entrepreneurs were able to receive a services to genotype Ossetian fish species on preferential terms. The Donetsk People ' s Republic ' s Republic was consulted by a visiting working group, which included representatives of ministries and departments, support institutions and financial organizations. In the Irkut region, a special platform has been developed to support local producers in their production at supermarkets. And there are examples of programmes in each region”, noted by the deputy.
