The selection of applications for participation in the IFTI Pusc Centre and the Ministry of Development of Russia ' s " Business Centre " online programme has been completed.

The Startap Sensors are a mentor-based II-based start-up programme and machine-learning. Participants may be founders of start-ups of any age, regardless of the region of residence. The objective of the programme is to support entrepreneurs in the design, launch and development of innovative technology projects, as well as in financing. Through the mentoring of experts, participants will be able to acquire the necessary skills to develop quality and present their start-ups.

" The Russian President, in the course of a message to the Federal Assembly, has set the challenge of achieving technological sovereignty in areas that ensure the sustainability of the entire economy of the country, and it is therefore particularly important to maintain technological start-ups today. To meet this challenge, the Ministry of Economic Development and IFTI have launched a free mentor programme. After a detailed examination of the applications received, the Expert Council selected 24 start-ups, which would be part of the programme. At the end of the three-month training with mentors and experts, companies will have a project development plan, will find growth points, and will further develop a pit for the launch of the start-up, noted by the Deputy Minister for Economic Development of the Russian Federation, member of the expert council of the Startap-Senzona, Tatiana Ilouchnikov.

The key selection criteria were the availability of machine-learning technologies, IEs, prototypes or products with proven market demand. A total of 94 applications were received from technological entrepreneurs from 29 regions of Russia and other countries. The leaders were residents of Moscow and Moscow (33 per cent), St. Petersburg and the provinces (10 per cent), and 4 per cent were from the Republic of Tatarstan and Bashkortostan. China, OAE and other States represented 4 per cent of participants.

Of the total number of applications, each third launch was with a minimum viable product (MVP) and its first sales. At the product stage with proven market demand (PMF), about 6 per cent of the start-ups. The participants included techno park residents (10 per cent), with a target of 60 per cent of start-ups.

More than 35 per cent of participating companies already have up to 5 million roubles per year, more than 100 million roubles per year reported about 2 per cent of start-ups, and more than half of the non-return was noted.

The selection of applications was carried out by an expert council composed of Deputy Minister Tatiana Ilushnikov. The criteria for the next stage were 33 launchers, but after a more detailed examination of applications, the expert board stopped its choice at 24 start-ups, which they would receive mentorial support.

The program starts on 3 August and lasts three months. The selected start-ups will start individual work with the mentor, consult with the experts and refine their pits at open microphone events, four of them during the programme period. The first will take place in the coming days: participants will have to report in a few minutes on their start-up and product to programme audiences and experts, and receive an assessment of 10 criteria. The results of the programme will be a map of the company ' s development vector, a refined pit for presentation to investors, as well as a clear picture of the growth points.

The programme ' s partners include investment venture studios (Izba, Friendly VC, Dobrograd, MalinaVC and others) and innovative units of major companies (X5 Retail Group, Wcusville). Their representatives serve as experts and will also attend open microphones.
Participants who have not been selected, as well as all those interested in technological entrepreneurship, will be able to participate in an open part of the educational programme that will be held online. The education annulls will be published in the official channel of the " Star-Secon " and " My business " programme.
