Beginning of the FCC federal tender phase of the Savings Trainer, 2024. Use it. Train. Better. The expert jury will select finalists from 227 participants from the 56 regions of the country on the basis of competitive assignments.

" We will assess the practicality and originality of the proposed solutions, the competence, the breadth of the circle and the skills of the participants ' communication, especially the valuable competences for shore production. The event is designed to support systemic training in the " Productivity of Work " projects in enterprises participating in the project and enables competitions to share best practices and identify ways to further develop.

The final stage will extend until 10 July. The participants will provide a video or a story of achievements, a business case, and a essay on the subject of training and the introduction of shore technologies.

Three nominations were presented in the competition: the Savings Training Coach at the National Project Enterprise, the RCC Coach and the Savings Training System. The financialists will meet in Moscow on 15 August and will demonstrate their own development. The winners will, by tradition, be awarded in a solemn atmosphere at the FCC Coach School.

FCC experts help to train and certify shore trainers. These professionals will continue to replicate the knowledge and practical experience of the application of sourcing tools to all units of the company.
