ICT Congress is the main platform for dialogue and interaction between business, government and the scientific and expert community.

The purpose of the Congress is to discuss the possibilities of the national industry for children to meet the objectives set out in Presidential Decree No. 309 of 7 May 2024 on the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 and for the future until 2036, as well as the involvement of Russian Federation entities in the industrial development of the industry and the implementation of regional plans (road maps) for the development of the child commodity industry.
