Each branch of the Employment Centre of the Jaroslava Region prepares its unique programme.

For students of special and higher education institutions in Yaroslav, there will be a non-conventional Free Zone, where employers will report their businesses and their real working conditions, answer questions.
There will be a communications site called " Dream, work, reach " . The participants were given an express test on " Life Day " , at which specialists from the human resources centre would identify skills for professional and entrepreneurial activities, as well as " I can " mini-tracking on effective interviewing.
In Rybinska and Tutaev, large-scale business tours will be carried out, and a virtual tour of Industrial Rybinsk will be organized for schoolchildren.

In the regional phase of the fair, applicants will be able to learn about the possibilities of a modern employment service - how to improve their professional competences, re-education through the occupation required, as well as the support that can be obtained from the State in employment. In the venues of the event, the applicants will be able to interview the leading employers of the Jaroslav region from different fields. At the regional stage, the fairs were applied 112 employersreporting 4829 vacancies♪

Participants will be offered employment in industry, trade, transport logistics and construction, services and others. There will also be trainings and craftsmanships on effective employment and the development of flexible skills from career experts in human resource centres and invited speakers.
