• On April 12, the first stage of the All-Russian employment fair "Jobs of Russia. A time of opportunity."

Each department of the Employment Center of the Yaroslavl region prepares its own unique program.

• A Free Zone networking event will be held in Yaroslavl for students of institutions of special and higher education, where employers will talk about their enterprises and real working conditions, answer questions.
• The communication platform "Dream, work, achieve" will work. An express test "Business of life" has been prepared for the participants, where specialists of the personnel center will identify their abilities for professional activity and entrepreneurship, as well as a mini-training "I can" on effective interviewing.
• Tours to large enterprises will take place in Rybinsk and Tutaev, in addition, a virtual tour "Industrial Rybinsk" will be organized for schoolchildren.

As part of the regional stage of the fair, applicants will be able to learn about the possibilities of a modern employment service – how to improve their professional competencies, retrain in a sought-after profession, as well as about the support that can be obtained from the state during employment. HR and career consultants will tell you about everything in detail.

At the event sites, applicants will be able to be interviewed by leading employers of the Yaroslavl region from various fields. 112 employers submitted an application for participation in the regional stage of the fair, providing information on 4,829 vacancies.

Participants will be offered employment in industry, trade, transport, logistics and construction industries, services and others. There will also be trainings and master classes on effective employment and the development of flexible skills from career experts of HR centers and invited speakers.
