The Yaroslav region has been among the winners of the Russian Ministry of Commerce ' s competitive selection process to co-finance regional industrial development programmes. In 2026, the region will receive 50 million roubles. The additional 50 million roubles would provide the regional budget by increasing the total volume of industrial support in 2026 to 100 million roubles.

♪ The grant will strengthen the work of the Yaroslav Regional Development Fund, which provides financial support to industrial enterprises, through concessional loans to co-finance projects aimed at developing new high-technology products, importing, manufacturing kits and increasing productivity, which in turn contributes to the competitiveness of the industrial sector of the region ' s economy, by Alexander Eduardovic, Minister of Investment and Industry of Jaroslav.

Loans are provided up to 60 million roubles at the interest rate attached to the central bank of the Russian Federation. For example, at the current rate of CB at the end of October this year, the Fund ' s concession rates range from 7.13 per cent to 12.25 per cent of the year.

As a result of 2023 and 2024, the Regional Development Fund for the Yaroslava Region was one of eight funds throughout Russia, which ensured 100 per cent annual budget performance.

This year, the Fund provided 9 loans to local businesses over 221 million roubles. Productions such as Silouette PKF, Siyan GS, Ruse Mechanics, AO Jaroslava Dynautical Machinery, Basis GS were supported.

69 constituent entities of the Russian Federation participated in the competitive selection of the Ministry of Commerce, of which 59 beneficiary regions were selected. In general, the federal budget for 2026 provides for a budget of 3.3 billion roubles to co-finance regional industrial development programmes.
