A national project on international cooperation and exports and a regional project on " System-wide measures to support cooperation and exports in the Yaroslav region " are being implemented in the Yaroslav region. Digitalization of services and support for small and medium-sized enterprises working in the export sector is being introduced in the pilot regime.

♪ By supporting export-oriented organizations, we are helping to strengthen domestic product positions in foreign markets and increasing the competitiveness of local producers. The use of the digital platform minimizes administrative barriers and ensures prompt access by companies to the necessary resources, commented on Alexander Eduardovic Olhov, Minister of Investment and Industry of the Jaroslava Region.

Over the past 2025, the Regional Development Fund of the Jaroslava Region has provided eight concessional loans aimed at modernizing, reconstructing and expanding the production of export-oriented enterprises. The amounts range from 5 million roubles to 50 million roubles for up to 60 months under 7.2 per cent of the year. Funding by the claimant, private investors or banks is at least 20 per cent of the project budget.

In addition, entrepreneurs in the Yaroslav region have successfully participated in international exhibitions. Three companies, for example, presented the region at the KAZTRAFFIC Intersectoral Exhibition in the capital city of Astana. Steel exponents: Shyshkin PK - Polymer Product Manufacturer, CG EM - the only domestic manufacturer of iron-bedton fabrication equipment and OO-Metallosdelia.
The exhibition covered key segments of the road industry: the design and repair of road surfaces, intelligent transport systems, safety, road and parking services.

The Yaroslav Export Centre specialists provided participants with a specially equipped regional stand with basic configuration and electricity connection. Enterprises received the necessary advice and assistance in promoting their products.
