Rostage Rawha ' s pioneers are studying the development of air engines on KFOR-Saturn

Students from Rostage and Rostage education programmes started to familiarize themselves with the production of gas turbine engines at the KFOR-Saturne plant. Students visited the business units, learned about the work of the production lines and met with the management of the P.A. Solovev plant and university.

Future engineers who selected the specializations of " Aviation and missile engine design " and " Technical physics " have started theoretical exercises that include the acquisition of basic skills. In the long run, students will participate in the plant ' s programmes, including the development of the IP-8 engine.

The training of IT specialists for enterprise needs is provided through the Cod Rostage education programme. Students are trained in artificial intelligence, robotics, analysts and applications.

Today, 126 KDC-Saturn students are trained in the training courses at the P.A. Soloviev State Aviation Technical University of Rybin and the Moscow Aviation Institute. In parallel with the training at the university, future professionals under the guidance of trainers of production are given additional competence, including in the areas of addicative technologies and 3D modelling.

The Rostage Market ' s educational initiative covers 15 universities in the country, bringing together the academic community and the real economy. To date, some 1,600 students in various technical areas are participating in the project.

As a result of the joint efforts of educational institutions and factories, a pool of competent professionals is being established to ensure the sustainable development of the Russian aviation and information and communications industry.
