Essence of the project

"Yaroslavl Pozmorye" - a large-scale project of integrated development of the coastal territory on the shore of the Rybinsk Sea in the Yaroslavl region. Since 2009, the desert coast and the forest area have become a landscaped resort with conditions for a comfortable life and recreation in nature.
The entire project "Yaroslavl seaside" is located on the territory of 10,000 hectares, including the park-hotel Koprino Bay 50 hectares, a natural park (reserve forest) 180 hectares, the cottage village of Coprino 85 hectares, golf club 88 hectares, Park Alpaca Mama, etc.
On the territory of the park-hotel there are three restaurants, a rental point for walking equipment, a spa and wellness center, a bath complex, a children's club, sports grounds, a yacht club with access to the waters of the Volga and the Rybinsk reservoir.

The project continues its implementation within the framework of investment projects on the territory of the Yaroslavl Seaside.

Development plans

The next stage of development will be the construction of the Koprino Posad tourist complex, which includes hotels, a spa complex, restaurants, shops and a congress hall. Construction will begin in 2025 and commissioning is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028.
