The project envisages the construction of a modern viewing wheel in the city of Rostov, Great (Jaroslava).

The object will be a new attraction on the Russian Golden Ring route, complementing the historic infrastructure of the city with modern family entertainment with a unique view on Lake Nero and Rostov Cream.
