Scope of the project

Yaroslav Gzmorije - A large-scale project for integrated coastal development on the coast of the Rybin Sea in the Yaroslav region. Since 2009, the desert coast and the forest have become a well-built resort with conditions for comfort and recreation.
The entire Jaroslav Smorje project is located in 10,000 hectares, including the Bukhta Koprino 50 ha, the natural park (protection forest) of 180 ha, the Coprino 85 ha, the 88 ha golf club, Park Alpac Pacha Mama, etc.
There are three restaurants in the area of the hotel, a spa centre and a fan centre, a bath complex, a children ' s club, sports sites, a Yacht Club with a way to the Volga and the Rybin reservoir.

Development plans

The next stage of development will be the construction of the Koprano Posada Tour Complex, restaurants, shops and congress halls. The construction will begin in 2025 and the launch is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028.
