Terms of service
- registration of a legal entity in the Yaroslavl region
- implementation of the project in the field of industrial and agro-industrial complex on the territory of the municipality from the approved list
- financing the costs of capital construction projects after December 31, 2023
Features of the provision
- it is provided no more than 1 time for each capital construction object in the amount of no more than 50% of the cost of construction, reconstruction, capital repairs of the capital construction object (excluding value added tax (VAT))
- funds cannot be used for the purchase of real estate objects (buildings, structures, structures, land plots)
- ensuring the commissioning of a capital construction facility and the launch of industrial production no later than the day on which an industrial entity submits an application for gratuitous financial support
