Grant is granted to agricultural consumer cooperatives, consumer societies (cooperatives) on

• Acquisition, construction, major repair, reconstruction and modernization production facilities;
• acquisition and installation Equipment for production facilities;
• acquisition and installation Fishing infrastructure and commercial aquaculture (food fisheries);
• acquisition and installation Equipment and equipment for production facilities for the primary processing of the lion and (or) technical containers;
• Payment of interest on the credit referred to in paragraph 1.5.5.
• A maximum of 20 per cent of the beneficiary ' s project receiving a concessional investment credit grant;
• Repayment of not more than 20 per cent of the principal loan debt received for the recipient ' s project in the agricultural consumer credit cooperative.

Requirements

• The participant in the selection process (the grantor), a legal entity, is not in the process of reorganization (with the exception of a reorganization in the form of joining the legal person participating in the selection, another legal entity), liquidation, has not been subject to a bankruptcy procedure, the activity of the selection participant has not been suspended in accordance with the procedure provided for in the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• by the participant (grand recipient) in a single tax account missing or not exceedingas defined in article 47, paragraph 3, of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, Payable Taxes, fees and insurance contributions to the budget system of the Russian Federation;
• The roster of disqualified persons lacks information on disqualified managers, members of the collegiate executive body, the person acting as a single executive body or the chief accountant (if any) of the selection participant (the grantor) who is a legal entity;
• The selection participant (the consignee) is not a foreign legal entity, including the place of registration of which is the State or territory included in the list of States and territories approved by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation for intermediate (extra-ship) ownership of assets in the Russian Federation, as well as by a Russian legal entity, whose capital share is direct or indirect (through third persons) of the participation of offshore companies in aggregate). In calculating the share of offshore companies in the capital of Russian legal entities, the direct and (or) indirect participation of offshore companies in the capital of public equity societies (including the status of an international company) whose shares are referred to organized tenders in the Russian Federation, as well as the indirect participation of such offshore companies in the capital of other Russian legal entities, realized through participation in the capital of these societies, is not taken into account.
• Selection participant (receipt) No funds received from the regional budget under other legal instruments of the Yaroslav region Grants;
• Selection participant (receipt) has no outstanding debt to return to the provincial budgetbudgetary investments made, including in accordance with other legal instruments of the Yaroslav region, as well as other outstanding (unregulated) arrears in cash commitments to the budget of the Yaroslav region;
• The selector (the consignee) is not on the list of organizations and individuals for whom there is evidence of their involvement in extremist activities or terrorism;
• The selection participant(s) is not in the exercise of the powers conferred by Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations, the UN Security Council or by bodies specially constituted by UN Security Council decisions, lists of organizations and individuals associated with terrorist organizations and terrorists or with the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction;
• The selector (the consignee) is not a foreign agent under the Federal Act of 14 July 2022 N 255-FZ on the Control of Persons under Foreign influence.
