Requirements
- Compliance of the scope of the project with the main directions of socio-economic development of the Yaroslavl region
- Registration of an investor in the Yaroslavl region
- Absence of arrears on tax payments and payments to state extra-budgetary funds
- Compliance of the investment project with the established minimum performance parameters
- Maintaining (increasing) the annual amount of taxes paid to the consolidated budget of the region
- Availability of necessary project documentation, building permits, as well as land rights
