Russia ' s development programme until 2030 was presented as part of the project " Straight Change " from the Strategic Initiatives Agency (SAI).

It contains ideas expressed by the President in a message to the Federal Assembly and in line with suggestions made by participants in major public and expert forums.

According to Vladimir Putin, speaking before parliamentarians, " citizens ' proposals, aspirations and hopes have become the foundation, the core " of projects and initiatives that were launched that day. One of the activities in which citizens take relevant initiatives to address public issues is the forum " Strong ideas for a new time " . Within this framework, business leaders, IT managers and the agrarian complex offer ideas, those who plan to start their business.

One of the tasks is to bring the Russian economy to a higher level. In particular, in the near future:

∙ The availability of a social contract will be increased, which will require additional resources of about 100 billion roubles;

Companies and start-ups in the production of supercomputers and data storage and processing equipment will receive dominance measures;

∙ At least 100 industrial parks should be established;

∙ New engineering schools will be established, which will form the basis for the refurbishment of production;

● The transition from temporary moratoriums to business audits to a risk-oriented approach.
