The program for the development of Russia until 2030 was presented within the framework of the project "People are changing the country" from the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI). 

It contains ideas that were voiced by the President in a message to the Federal Assembly and correspond to the proposals of participants in major public and expert forums. 

As Vladimir Putin noted, speaking to parliamentarians, "the proposals of citizens, their aspirations and hopes became the basis, the core" of the projects and initiatives that were voiced that day. One of the events where citizens come up with relevant initiatives to solve socially important problems is the forum "Strong Ideas for a new time". Within its framework, heads of enterprises, specialists in the IT sector and the agricultural complex, those who are just planning to start their own business, offer their ideas. 

One of the tasks is to bring the Russian economy to a higher level. In particular, in the near future: 

● The availability of the social contract will be expanded, which will require additional funds in the amount of about 100 billion rubles; 

● companies and startups in the production of supercomputers and equipment for data storage and processing will receive state support measures; 

● at least 100 technoparks should be created for the development of industrial production; 

● new engineering schools will be created, which will become the basis for the re-equipment of production; 

● There will be a transition from temporary moratoriums on business inspections to a risk-based approach.
