Participation in the Nazi project enabled the fishing factory to increase labour productivity by almost 30 per cent
A national project on " Labour productivity " , initiated by the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, was completed at the Rybin plant. The project allowed the factory to increase productivity by 30 per cent. The project was conducted in six months with the support of experts from the Federal Competence Centre. Seventy-one enterprises in the region participated. The conservatism of managers and employees of enterprises, which was linked to innovations in the workplace, was gradually overcome. The project not only increased productivity but also increased the involvement of workers in the work processes. The project in the fishing plant selected the construction of electric energy enumerators as a pilot site to increase productivity. The introduction of shore production tools has reduced production time by 64 per cent, unfinished production by 56 per cent and increased productivity by 28 per cent. If 230 enumerators were produced per day before the project was carried out, 300 enumerators are made for one shift. Andrei Komoghorsev, Director-General of AO, also noted that the first step in cooperation with FCC was to train workers in shore production tools. This has led to the identification and elimination of time and resources losses and the optimization of the organization of work space. According to data, 2,364 enterprise staff have already been trained in the region ' s shore production methods. Participation in the National Project is accessible to enterprises with an annual earnings of 400 million roubles and a major economic activity in manufacturing, agriculture, transport and storage, construction or trade. Detailed information on participation in the National Project is available on the " Productivity.rf " platform and at the Regional Competence Centre in Productivity (Rzk76.rf).
