" The programme started before the national ICP project was launched. A third of all loans granted under the final programme came from manufacturing enterprises, 15 per cent from agricultural companies and the rest from real economic and construction enterprises.

The small and medium-sized business programme attracted over 41.2 billion roubles for investment projects, upgrading capital construction facilities, financing productive activities, employee salaries, utilities, freight forwarding services, rental payments.

The PAO " Sberbank Russia " , the BTB Bank (PAO) and " Rosselhozbank " have become lenders. The programme was implemented in the 68 regions of Russia. The regions with the largest number of entrepreneurs supported included the Chelabin region, the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Volgograd and Moscow regions, Krajnodar Kraj.
