The acceptance of applications for the 3rd federal competition "Lean Manufacturing Trainer" has started
The competition is taking place for the third time, and allows participants to express themselves in the expert community, share useful experiences and plan ways of professional development.
"During the implementation of the national project, the FCC has already trained more than 9,000 experts. On a daily basis, internal lean trainers and instructors help their enterprises rise to a qualitatively new level. We have accumulated a huge database of best practices, but there is no limit to perfection in lean manufacturing training. We did not limit the number of participants so that everyone could show the result," said Alexander Romashkin, the organizer of the competition and head of the training department of the FCC coaches.
He recalled that training is one of the key tools for achieving the goals of the national project "Labor Productivity", which is supervised by First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov. To date, more than 110 thousand employees of enterprises and representatives of regional teams have been trained in lean manufacturing technologies.
The participants of the competition will show their capabilities and competencies in training in three categories: a lean manufacturing trainer at a national project participating enterprise, a lean manufacturing training system and a RCC trainer. The jury will evaluate their knowledge of lean manufacturing tools, expertise, engagement and communication, as well as the practicality, originality and structuring of the proposed solutions.
After accepting applications, the correspondence stage will begin, which will last until July 10. Participants will present a video business card, or a story of achievements, a business case solution, and an article on the topic of training and implementing lean manufacturing techniques. All contestants will receive detailed recommendations by July 26 to improve their work and professional growth, as well as to prepare for the final fight for the title of the best. The finalists will meet in Moscow on August 15, at the FCC Performance Academy. To win, they will demonstrate a self-developed master class and impeccable presentation skills.
In 2023, the federal competition of trainers in lean manufacturing of the FCC gathered 163 participants from different regions of the country, and among the finalists were the winners of the last competition.
