A competition has started for the opening of corporate advanced training centers within the framework of the national project "Labor Productivity"
By March 20, companies participating in the national Labor Productivity project can apply for the creation of a corporate center for advanced training (CCOP).
The selection is carried out by the Skills and Professions Development Agency together with the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. Within six months, the Agency's experts will work at the winning enterprises of the competitive selection.
At the request of companies, they will develop corporate standards for professions, conduct an audit of workplaces, and create a training and advanced training program for employees. The competencies will be transferred to the company's working group, which will be able to carry out this work independently in any personnel areas. "60 corporate advanced training centers have already been opened in 30 regions of the country.
In three years, more than 2.9 thousand employees have improved their qualifications. KTSOP helps to shorten the adaptation period and increase the effectiveness of employee training, optimize non-production losses in the workplace.
In 2024, 50 enterprises of the national Labor Productivity project will be selected to create Corporate advanced Training Centers on their basis," said Murat Kerefov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia.
To participate in the selection, you must submit an application on the website by March 20, 2024. During February, briefings on the procedure and stages of the competition will be held for its participants and executive authorities responsible for the implementation of the national project "Labor Productivity", which is supervised by First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov.
