The All-Russian women's forum "Women: Preserving traditions – developing Russia" was held at the international exhibition-forum "Russia". He gathered successful, active, talented, bright women from all regions of the country. 

In an address to the participants of the event, Russian President Vladimir Putin stressed that without women it is impossible to imagine such important areas as healthcare, education, science, culture, entrepreneurship, and public administration. 

– Currently, regional employment centers offer a lot of opportunities for women. This includes participation in women's clubs where they share their career–building experience, and training within the framework of the federal project "Employment Promotion" of the national project "Demography", and registration of self-employment," said Laura Zudina, head of the state employment Service of the Yaroslavl region. 

Oksana Maslova, an entrepreneur from the Yaroslavl region, shared her experience in opening her own business with the assistance of the employment service. In the pavilion "Family. Work. Longevity" a presentation of its activities took place. She turned to the employment service for support in 2022 and received not only financial assistance, but also positive emotions and self-confidence. Now Oksana Maslova's workshop is engaged in the manufacture of gifts and souvenirs made of wood and plexiglass, and orders are coming from all over Russia. 

At the end of last year, more than two hundred souvenirs for Santa Claus's train were created in this studio. At VDNKH, the woman also held a master class on painting phone stands and multi-layered wooden coloring book "Bouquet of Tulips".
