Yaroslavl schoolgirls became the winners of the All-Russian case championship in economics and entrepreneurship

The results of the final round of the All-Russian Case Championship of schoolchildren in Economics and Entrepreneurship, which brought together thousands of participants from different cities of Russia, were summed up in Moscow. 

The team of Yaroslavl Lyceum No. 86 entered the top 10 of the country in the "Case" direction and became the winner of the championship. – At the case championship in economics and entrepreneurship, schoolchildren, with the support of mentors, solve real business problems, develop their own projects and receive professional expert assessment from business structures, universities and authorities, - said Irina Loboda, Minister of Education of the Yaroslavl Region. – The event contributes not only to the identification and support of talented teenagers in accordance with one of the main tasks of the national project "Education", but also to the development of flexible skills among children: critical thinking, leadership qualities, creativity, which will be useful to them in any field. 

In addition, this is also the first step towards entrepreneurship, creating your own startup, and a successful career. 
The championship included several stages: qualifying testing, regional case championships in 27 cities and the final, which took place in Moscow. The students presented their projects to the jury members, who noted the high level of work and preparation of the finalists. 

The Yaroslavl team, which included Elizaveta Isakova, Ksenia Sazhina, Ksenia Andrianova and Daria Kazakova, with the help of mentors Anton and Ekaterina Petrov, developed a project aimed at increasing the number of professional athletes with the highest achievements within the same discipline. Among the main bonuses for winners and prize–winners are additional points for admission to universities, prizes from partners, the right to apply for a presidential grant in case of enrollment on a budgetary basis. 

The championship is supported by the National Research University Higher School of Economics, government agencies and partner companies. 
Among the organizers and partners of the event are the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, BEAC, Russian Post, VK Education and others.
