A project for the development of the territory of the largest historical factory in Yaroslavl, known as the Krasny Perekop plant.

Within the framework of the concept for the development of the territory, there are:

• modernization of textile production
• creation of an innovative production center and a creative cluster
• restoration of the factory complex in its historical configuration
• improvement of public spaces.

The aim of the project is to realize the tourist, industrial and cultural potential of the factory, create a smart urban environment for future professionals, and create a new growth point in the Yaroslavl region.
