• Execution of engineering surveys, design, examination of PSD and/or survey results
• Construction, reconstruction and commissioning of infrastructure facilities
• Payment for technological connection of capital construction facilities to engineering support networks

A new investment project (NIP) is a time– and resource-limited set of measures aimed at the creation and subsequent operation of new fixed assets or the reconstruction of existing facilities that are put into operation after January 1, 2021.

NIP selection Criteria

• The cost of a new investment project is at least 50 million rubles.
• The start of the implementation of a new investment project no earlier than 01.01.2021.
• The existence of an agreement of intent to implement the project
• No arrears in taxes, fees, insurance premiums, penalties, fines and interest

Scope of NIP implementation

• tourism; 
• housing construction; 
• logistics; 
• industries related to promising economic specializations of subjects; 
• agricultural industry; 
• mining (with the exception of oil, gas); 
• manufacturing industries (except for excisable goods); 
• construction (reconstruction) of highways within the framework of PPP; 
• Housing AND communal services.
