What should I do to get the land for rent without bidding?

How is the process of obtaining a land plot for rent without bidding?
To do this, you need to submit a petition to the Governor of the region with a certain package of documents, after which it is considered and a decision is made. A business plan is required for the examination of the project. In case of a positive decision, an agreement is concluded between the investor and the regional Government. The agreement approves a quarterly schedule for the implementation of the project. Next, an order is being prepared by the Governor of the Yaroslavl region, on the basis of which a lease agreement is concluded.

How long does the procedure for obtaining a land plot take?

The purchase is possible after the commissioning of capital construction facilities. The land plot is purchased for 25% of the cadastral value.
